Within this webinar we are going to hear from Garrick Hocking from Podium, Curtis de la Harpe (Master Plumbers Communications Manager), and Chris Forde from Incolink on reviews and reputation in their particular fields and how best to deal with them.
You will also be able to ask any questions from our panel of specialists, who have hands on experience within their respective industries.

Curtis de la Harpe - Communications and Marketing Manager at Master Plumbers
Curtis has been working in the fields of digital marketing, brand marketing and ecommerce for over 15 years. He also holds both a Bachelor in Business Marketing and a Post-grad in Applied Psychology which he has applied to his work in digital reputation management for a number of businesses across the tool manufacturing and trades industry. Over the years he has utilised his skills to both usher a number of businesses into the digital world as well as help several businesses recover from less than ideal online reputation damage.
Chris Forde – Mental Health Educator at Incolink
As a qualified Psycotherapist, Chris has spent the last 23 years supporting individuals and families through mental health challenges in various therapeutic roles. Previously working as a senior therapist responsible for assisting high risk callers for Beyond Blue, Chris has extensive experience in supporting people in a time of crisis. In his role as Mental Health Educator, Chris supports Incolink members by delivering toolboxes to workers and supporting them to navigate the challenges they may face. In a time of distress Chris also supports Incolink members by attending critical incidents on-site and offering support to workers.
