Course overview

This is an online course designed for mechanical services plumbers who need to update their knowledge and skills to select and install flexible duct in accordance with new duct regulations.

Learners must hold Mechanical Services registration.

This is an online course; learner’s will work through the course theoretical learning material and activities at their own pace.

This is an online course; learner’s will work through the learning material at their own pace. Allow four (4) hours.

Assessment arrangements

Assessment consists of a short online theory quiz at the completion of the course.

Course outcome

On successful completion of this course learners will be able to:

• understand the requirements of the new duct regulations
• select and install flexible duct to meet the requirements of the Australian Standards.
• satisfy the VBA that they are up to date with the new duct regulations by demonstrating training participation.

Course recognition

Learners successfully completing this course will receive a Certificate of Completion.
