Her training in Neuroscience has seen Emma support hundreds of people to identify and address the causes behind the issues such as depression, anxiety and addictive behaviours. In her role as a Mental Health Educator at Incolink, Emma delivers toolbox talks to workers helping them navigate the challenges they may face. Emma’s specialty is the subconscious and how to retrain the mind to live a happy and fulfilling life.”
