Scholarship eligibility criteria
The Wylie Trust
The funds of the Wylie trust are used to grant scholarships to individuals so that they may further their knowledge in order to advance and significantly improve the field of plumbing practices.
To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria.

- Applicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents
- Applicants must be current Victorian registered or licensed plumbers and reside in Victoria
- Applicants must be currently working as plumbers (including plumbing business owners) in Victoria
- Applicants must work directly for a Master Plumbers member under a permanent employment arrangement and remain employed by this member for the duration of the scholarship. Subcontractors/casual employees are not eligible
- The Master Plumbers member must have continuously been a member for least two years prior to the date of closing of applications for the scholarship
- The Master Plumbers member must be in good standing and must remain a member for the full period of the scholarship
- The recipient and member must have agreed appropriate support arrangements for the duration of the scholarship, including time relief
- Neither the recipient nor member shall have any adverse findings by regulatory bodies or criminal authorities in the two years prior to or during the scholarship period
