From 1 December 2025, new Victorian OHS regulations will require all businesses to identify, assess, and control psychosocial hazards in the workplace. Master Plumbers is proud to working with, NECA Victoria to present a masterclass on Psychological Safety: Managing Psychosocial Hazards. This masterclass will help you understand your compliance obligations while equipping you with practical strategies to foster a workplace where people feel safe to speak up and contribute.
