Join us for a workshop by Level Playing Field Lawyers on the Security of Payment Act.

 

This workshop is recommended for business owners, general managers, project managers, and contract administration staff.

 

The workshop will cover:

  • Updates to the Security of Payments legislation
  • How to prepare for these changes
  • Refresher on key concepts under the Security of Payments legislation
  • Contract administration
  • Preparing for an adjudication application or response

 

This practical workshop is being delivered by Ping Gangur (Construction Lawyer and Registered Builder) and Bojan Gangur (Engineer and former Subcontractor)
They are experienced in construction law, undertaking and managing construction work, negotiation and dispute resolution.
