Master Plumbers operates a Registered Group Training Organisation (GTO) dedicated to recruit and train plumbing apprentices, Plumbing Apprenticeships Victoria (PAV). All staff are hand-picked, trained and managed by Master Plumbers and are hired to you for the duration needed.
Plumbing Apprenticeships Victoria are seeking motivated host organisations to take on Plumbing Apprentices for a 3 -12 month contract. In return, we have rebates that we will offer your organisation. Please see below.
(employed on a Big Build site - rebate is a minimum of $28,093 over a 12-month period)
On top of the BAC rebate for 1st years, we have a further $11,500 in funding for anyone that wants to take on a culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) apprentice, people living in Australia who were born overseas, or people living in Australia who have a parent or grandparent born overseas, and are predominately from non-English speaking or non-Western countries) or a female apprentice.
You must take the apprentice on for a minimum of 3 months to obtain the $6,500 + GST rebate or 12 months to receive the full $11,500 + GST rebate.

The Construction Skills Pathway Program (CSPP) is open to GTOs recognised by the Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA) as GTOs, approved for GTO funding by the DET.
CSPP apprentice and/or trainee placements are to include Victoria’s Big Build Projects, including TAFE Demonstration Projects and Big Build Integration Projects (BBIPs) and any other Victorian publicly funded project, with a focus on projects over $20million and connected to the Major Project Skills Guarantee (MPSG).

Businesses can hire apprentices at any year level for the minimum duration of three weeks, and return them with a week’s notice. This gives you the ultimate control in staffing flexibility.
Our rates include all on-costs so you only pay when they are working and productive on the job, having all entitlements, trade school fees, workers compensation premiums and costs rolled into a single simple hourly rate you can easily on-charge to your client.
