Meet the Rinnai Efinity

Meet the Rinnai Efinity

Purpose-built to support the demands of Australian residential and commercial builds, Rinnai Efinity delivers high-performance, energy-efficient hot water without the need for gas, combustion ventilation or large storage units.

Available in 14 kW, 19 kW or 29 kW models and offering a choice of 50 °C or 60 °C output, the Efinity is built to meet varied site demands while delivering hot water when it’s needed. With a powerful three-phase electrical connection, it delivers consistent performance in high-output settings, while the slimline design makes it ideal for indoor installations with limited space.

Built for Demanding Environments

Designed with installers and commercial environments in mind, Rinnai Efinity combines efficiency, control, safety and flexibility in one compact, commercial application ready product, here are the key features that set it apart.

Ideal for High‑Demand, Multi‑User Settings

  • Consistent temperature delivery - Maintains precise water temperature even when flow rates fluctuate or multiple outlets are used.
  • Sized to suit your project - Available in 14 kW, 19 kW or 29 kW capacities, with output models delivering either 50 °C or 60 °C to match site-specific needs.

Smart, Safe User Control

  • Built-in safety lock - Prevents accidental operation or unauthorised changes, ideal for family households or shared commercial settings.
  • No tempering valve required (50 °C models) - Reduces install complexity and saves on installation costs.

Efficient & Sustainable by Design

  • Heats only when needed - The electric continuous flow design means water is heated on demand, minimising energy waste.
  • Zero on-site emissions - Fully electric operation meets sustainability requirements.
  • No ventilation or flueing required - Making installation simpler and broadens suitable locations for mounting.
  • ECO Mode - Allows users to set a maximum flow rate to support energy and water conservation.
  • Water Usage Button - Displays accumulated water use, helping to monitor and manage consumption.

Compact & Scalable for Commercial Builds

  • Slimline design - At just 471 mm high × 227 mm wide × 103 mm deep, the Rinnai Efinity fits discreetly into tight spaces like cupboards and plant rooms.
  • Flexible Installation - Easily installed on walls, in cupboards, under sinks or in roof cavities, ideal for space limited residential apartments or office buildings.
