Terms and Conditions: AFL Corporate Experience Competition
1. Promoter
The promoter is Master Plumbers and Mechanical Services Association of Australia (Victoria) ABN 56 296 473 997 of 15/306 Albert Street, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (Promoter). This promotion is conducted in partnership with Toyota (Partner). Toyota is not the promoter of this competition.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to current financial Victorian members of the Promoter at the time of the draw. 2.2 Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. 2.3 Employees of the Promoter, Toyota, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. 2.4 The winner and their guest must be available to attend the event on 16 May 2026.
3. Promotional Period
3.1 The competition opens at 10:00am AEDT on 20 March 2026. 3.2 The competition closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 20 April 2026. 3.3 Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Entries must be submitted via the official competition nomination form during the Promotional Period. 4.2 Entrants may nominate a current Master Plumbers member, including themselves. 4.3 The nominator must provide the nominee’s details and submit a short explanation outlining why the nominee deserves to attend the AFL Corporate Experience. 4.4 The nomination response must be no more than 150 words. 4.5 The nominated individual must be a current financial member of the Promoter and available to attend the event on 16 May 2026. 4.6 By submitting a nomination, the nominator confirms they have permission to provide the nominators and nominee’s contact details. 4.7 By submitting a nomination, entrants grant the Promoter permission to use excerpts of the nomination for promotional purposes in connection with this competition.
5. Prize
5.1 There is one (1) prize to be won.
5.2 The prize consists of the following for the winner and one (1) guest:
- Two (2) return economy flights for the winner and one guest from their nearest Victorian airport to Melbourne (if required), arranged by Toyota.
- Two (2) corporate suite tickets to the AFL match between Melbourne and Hawthorn at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Saturday 16 May 2026;
- Access to the Fleet Corporate Box including hospitality as provided within the suite, including food and beverages as supplied within the corporate suite;
- One (1) night twin share accommodation for the winner and one guest at Pullman Melbourne On The Park, check in 16 May 2026 and check out 17 May 2026;
- Breakfast for two (2) on Sunday 17 May 2026.
5.3 Any incidentals, minibar charges, additional accommodation expenses, transport, parking, or personal expenses are the responsibility of the winner and guest. 5.4 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 5.5 If the winner or their guest is unable to attend the event for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and no compensation or alternative prize will be provided.
6. Winner Selection
6.1 All valid nominations received during the Promotional Period will be reviewed and assessed by the Promoter based on the following criteria:
- Contribution to team;
- Work ethic;
- Community impact;
- Quality of submission.
6.2 Based on this assessment, a shortlist of entries will be selected. 6.3 The winner will then be determined by a random draw from the shortlisted entries. 6.4 The draw will take place on 20 April 2026 at the Promoter’s office. 6.5 If a nominated member is selected as the winner, the prize will be awarded to the nominated individual. 6.6 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 6.7 The Promoter reserves the right to determine the number of shortlisted entries at its discretion. 6.8 The winner will be notified by phone and email within seven (7) business days of the draw. 6.9 If the winner does not respond within three (3) business days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
7. Prize Fulfilment
7.1 Toyota will contact the winner directly to arrange accommodation and event access. 7.2 Toyota will issue a confirmation email outlining accommodation details. 7.3 AFL corporate suite tickets will be issued in the week of the match.
7.4 The winner must provide the following details for accommodation and event administration purposes:
- Full legal name (First, Middle and Last);
- Date of Birth;
- Residential address;
- Mobile number; and
- Email address.
8. Event Conditions
8.1 Attendance at the event is subject to venue entry conditions of the Melbourne Cricket Ground. 8.2 Service of alcohol within the corporate suite is subject to responsible service of alcohol laws. 8.3 The winner and guest must comply with all venue and corporate suite conditions of entry, including any dress code or behavioural requirements as specified by Toyota or the venue.
9. Event Changes
9.1 If the AFL match is rescheduled, cancelled, postponed, or altered for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to government restrictions, venue closure, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
10. Publicity
10.1 By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the publication of their name and company on the Promoter’s website and social media channels. 10.2 The winner may be required to participate in reasonable promotional activity related to the competition.
11. Privacy
11.1 Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering this competition. 11.2 Winner details will be provided to Toyota solely for the purpose of arranging flights, accommodation and issuing tickets for the AFL match. Toyota will not use this information for marketing purposes. 11.3 Personal information will not be used for marketing purposes without the entrant’s consent. 11.4 All personal information will be handled in accordance with the MPMSAA Privacy Policy.
