Getting started with Master Plumbers’ new member website

This page has quick links to help you find the most commonly visited pages and more details about what's included in each section of the new website

Login to your member homepage. 

Use your existing membership login details to access your personalised member home page. Go to plumber.com.au and click Login in the top right hand corner.  

NB:  If you’re the primary nominee, your existing membership login and password should work on our new site immediately.  Access for other membership contacts will be added over the next two weeks – please let us know if you use the site regularly and we can prioritise your access.

To update your membership details, log in to the site as a member and click on where it says Hi (first name) in the top right hand corner.  Select Update my details.

Getting started with Master Plumbers’ new member website

The New Member Home page

When you login to our website with your membership details, it will take you to your personalised member home page where you can see the latest news and the links to all services, tools, information and benefits available to you as a Master Plumbers member.  

You can see two menus at the top of  the page. 

1.  Our main menu (which is white text on a solid black background)  show the main sections of the public Master Plumbers website and a link for you to search the site or logout of your member home page

2.  The second menu (which is white text on a grey background) shows the options available to members including details on member benefits, your find-a-plumber profile and links to all the services available.

What’s included in each section 

My Account Access this area by clicking on your name on the top right hand side of the screen.  Here you can change your password and update your contact details.
Member Benefits Links to all the discounts and other benefits  you can access as a member, including discounts on Master Plumbers training, discounts on fuel, our technical advice service and a link to the Australian Standards.
My Subscriptions   Follow this link to update your email preferences and customise the news and information we send you as part of your membership
Find a Plumber 
 View and update your find-a-plumber profile including areas and services covered, plus view our FAQs and download our user guide.   Use this section to activate or deactivate your profile.
My Business 
 Links to all the business-related member services offered by Master Plumbers, including i4tradies, our new workplace assured HR help documents, our industrial relations help line and our workplace health and safety services.
My CPD Details on the Master Plumbers CPD program and how it works, plus a full list of training courses and learning activities currently approved for CPD.    Follow the link on this page to signup for or login to our CPD profile to record your CPD activities and keep track of points earned, without any paper forms!
Recommended Training Courses available from Master Plumbers (NB: Some courses appearing in this section may be fully booked)
Business Services  Short cuts to some of the most commonly used member business services including templates to service contracts, i4tradies and the Australian Plumbing Standards.
Member Benefits Shortcuts to information on the discounts available to members on fleet, fule, tools, PPE, business information services and systems and finance.
