After completing their apprenticeship, many Plumbing Apprenticeships Victoria (PAV) apprentices go on to become employees of our association-members. Our members, or registered Victorian plumbing businesses, use their membership entitlements to train and up-skill their staff at our training facilities.
Later in a new graduate’s career, some choose to start their own plumbing business or operate as sole traders, and all are welcome to apply for membership in our association.
