How we do it

Master Plumbers is a registered Group Training Organisation. We receive Government funding and we use it to subsidise our first-year apprentices.

Even though the wage rates and therefore on-costs are vastly different, we do not differentiate in our charge-out rate between Juniors (under 21 at commencement) and Adults (21 and over at commencement).

This is because we are here to supply the best labour to the industry and we do not consider age a relevant factor.
