Plumbing Apprenticeships Victoria and Plumbing Staff Solutions take care of the admin, financial and employment risks

So, how much is your time worth?

Under the contract, PAV employ the apprentice and PSS employs the plumber. We manage all the back end and payments, leaving you free to do what you do best – run your business. Master Plumbers takes care of the On-boarding expenses – advertising, interviewing, medicals, tools and PPE are all taken care of:

  • Master Plumbers invests time and energy into screening and employing the very best
  • Master Plumbers only bill for the time our staff are on the tools in 8-hour days, with the exception of inclement weather. If they’re not working, we don’t bill you for those days
  • When you no longer need them, just give us 7 days notice. There is no need to terminate employees or pay any redundancy payments

You avoid:

  • Payroll Tax
  • Any workers compensation claims
  • All recruitment, onboarding, payroll and management costs, and working out the correct rates of pay
  • All administration, engaging with government bodies, TAFE’s and all the other headaches
