Join us for a presentation and practical workshop by Level Playing Field Lawyers on the Contract Administration and Dispute Resolution.
The nature of the construction industry and competitive tendering results in many subcontractors signing onerous contracts. At the beginning of every construction project, optimism and the goodwill between parties is high. When construction projects don’t go as planned, the relationship between the parties become strained. It’s important to have a strategy for successfully completing the project and getting paid, timing is crucial!
Our presenters Ping Gangur (Construction Lawyer and Registered Builder) and Bojan Gangur (Engineer and former Subcontractor), are experienced in construction law, undertaking and managing construction work, negotiation and dispute resolution.
The workshop will cover:
- Contract administration;
- Effective communication;
- Dispute resolution notices;
- Preparing for dispute; and
- Informal and formal mediation.
Within this workshop, you’ll learn how to correctly prepare variations, extension of time notices and payment claims.

Ping is the Director of Level Playing Field Lawyers. She has worked in the construction industry as a lawyer and also as a Registered Domestic Builder (DB-U) and Commercial Builder (CB-L) for over 10 years.
