Within this webinar we are going to hear from NAB (National Australia Bank) and itro (Master Plumbers IT partner), on cyber security in their particular fields and how it could help protect your business.

 

You will also be able to ask any questions from our panel of specialists, who have hands on experience within their respective industries.

The presentation will include:

NAB discussing:
– overview of today’s cyber security threats in the financial landscape and 
– how criminals are targeting businesses finances
– general practical financial advice on how to stay safe

itro discussing: 
- Get an overview of how hackers can use technology and our human tendencies to sneak or ram through your IT defences and undermine your team.
- Understand the different ways you can protect yourself, depending on what you’re doing, where.
- Find out what’s required of your business post-attack, and steps you can take now to minimise the extent of damage from an attack.

 

The webinar will conclude with some techniques to relax in stressful situation from Emma Wynne a Mental Health Educator at Incolink.

 

This workshop is recommended for business owners, general managers, HR and administration staff.

Tessa Bowles – Senior Consultant, Group Security Culture and Advisory at NAB

Tessa is passionate about educating and empowering NAB’s employees, customers, businesses and the community with the life skills they need to ensure they know how to stay safe online. Tessa has been involved in the Banking industry for the last 12 years, having experience in Operational roles and has specialised in learning capability and security awareness uplift for the past 7 years.

 

Nathan Warnecke - Director at itro

Over thirty years experience as an IT professional supporting organisations across a variety of industries. Having built a company from start up, he know the importance of people and working ethically to create long lasting relationships. He views technology as a means of creating a business outcome. Nathan has worked to design IT systems with security and business goals in mind using non-technical language so business people can understand what they need to know and not have to worry about the rest.

 

Emma Wynne – Mental Health Educator at Incolink

Over the last 14 years Emma has trained and practiced as a trauma informed mental health practitioner. Her training in Neuroscience has seen Emma support hundreds of people to identify and address the causes behind the issues such as depression, anxiety and addictive behaviours. In her role as a Mental Health Educator at Incolink, Emma delivers toolbox talks to workers helping them navigate the challenges they may face. Emma’s specialty is the subconscious and how to retrain the mind to live a happy and fulfilling life.
