Webinar 1: Looking out for your employees (and colleagues) mental health 

Within this webinar, you’ll learn how to some coping techniques for dealing with mental health in the workplace.

You will also be able to ask any questions from a specialist in this field who has hands on experience within our industry. 

The presentation will include details on:

  • Cultivating self-awareness from leadership down.
  • Taking back control of your mind – how thoughts play a vital role in the outcomes you see.
  • How to honour your feelings and build mental resilience.
  • Why you get stressed – knowing your triggers.
  • How to respond to stress instead of reacting to it.
  • How gratitude plays a role in yours and your employees mental health.

This workshop is recommended for business owners, general managers, HR and administration staff.

 

Our Presenter: Emma Wynne – Mental Health Educator at Incolink

“Over the last 14 years Emma has trained and practiced as a trauma informed mental health practitioner. Her training in Neuroscience has seen Emma support hundreds of people to identify and address the causes behind the issues such as depression, anxiety and addictive behaviours. In her role as a Mental Health Educator at Incolink, Emma delivers toolbox talks to workers helping them navigate the challenges they may face. Emma’s specialty is the subconscious and how to retrain the mind to live a happy and fulfilling life.”
